This villa is located on a hill near Toho Beach, within Isumi city of the Chiba Prefecture. The surrounding neighbourhood consists of other villas. As there are no buses or trains in the vicinity, a taxi or car is required to travel around the area.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- * Please take care of your children's safety when they fall in the pool.
- * Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when playing on the premises.
- * Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises.
- Guest Access
- * Please do not enter the linen closet at the end of the 2nd floor. Otherwise, please use it freely.
- Other Things of Note
- * Noise warning: please refrain from listening to loud music or making loud noises as the area is surrounded by normal private houses. Please note that the outdoor facilities, including the BBQ/pool, are not available between 20:00 and 08:00.
- * In accordance with the law, all guests (including children) are required to register their guest details and identity cards. Once we have confirmed the registration of all guests, we will inform you about the key.
- * Please use the villa neatly and carefully, as it is usually used by family members.
- * If we confirm that more guests are staying than the number of people booked, we will charge an additional fee of 20,000 yen per person. Please note that only guests are allowed to enter the villa. If the number of guests increases, please inform us before check-in.
- * BBQ is free of charge, but please request in advance that you wish to use it. Charcoal, igniters, tongs and other necessary items are provided.
- * The sauna can be used if you pay ¥15000 extra (You may use the sauna as many times as you wish during your stay, but please wear a swimming costume when using the sauna). Sauna mats, sauna hats and ponchos are available.
- * Bonfires are available for an additional charge of 8,000 yen.
- * Fireworks are not permitted.
- * Diving is not permitted in the swimming pool. There is no heated water function, so please use it as a water bath after the sauna in winter.
- * The bioethanol fireplace table can only be used in winter.
- * Smoking is not permitted.
- * No change of linen during your stay. Cleaning will be done after check-out.
- * There is no replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, tissues, etc.).
- * Late check-outs and early arrivals can be arranged for a fee (subject to room availability).
- * Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the room is deemed dirtier than usual by the cleaning company. Please be aware of this beforehand.
- * Usually keys are handed over in person, but in some cases we may ask you to self-check-in if you are unable to be present due to our circumstances
