Fantastic house for 8 guests, with a private pool and spectacular mountain and field views, being located on the top of a hill between Son Servera and Artà.
Inside welcomes you a lovely living room, although the real jewel is the big living-dining room situated in a kind of ancient wine cellar covered with sandstone. Here you can see the TV-SAT, listen to music, read or eat all together. After some steps, you gain access to the gas hob kitchen which features a dining table with chairs and much more. The house also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Likewise, there are four bedrooms, three of them boasting a wardrobe. On the ground floor, there is a double bed dormitory while the rest, one of these with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, are on the first floor apart from having air conditioning. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
