this home. Located in Pont Neuf in the 1st arrondissement, guests will
have the city’s icons on their doorstep, including the world-famous
Louvre, Place Vendôme and Rue de Rivoli. LIVING AREA A vibrant space
that truly showcases this home’s eclectic personality. With lush
tropical plants and worldly artefacts placed creatively throughout the
space, we’re in love with the drama of this room. Varied seating
options, including a plush red sofa, a wired armchair and a chaise
longue make the room all the more-alluring for at-home hangs after a
busy day of sightseeing. DINING ROOM & KITCHEN By way of the
apartment’s original vaulted ceilings and beams, and through the inner
jungle, guests will discover a dining table fit for up to four guests
and perfect for dining in. Open plan to the modern kitchen and home
library, it works as a fabulously social space. PRINCIPAL BEDROOM This
home features a light and inviting bedroom featuring a large double bed
and plush carpets for optimum comfort. Incorporating a sliding wood
door, the room can expertly open out to the main living ahead for an
added sense of space. In contrast to the main apartment, a colour
palette of muted pastels and natural hues provides a serene space to
doze - further aided by the bedroom’s black-out blinds. BATHROOM A
modern, fully integrated bathroom with a tile finish and a ceiling
shower over the bath for ultimate relaxation. Even the bathroom has
been granted the owner’s design flair with a glorious bouquet of mock
flowers adding a burst of colour to proceedings. WC The property also
has a smart, separate WC. WE LOVE Oh the drama that’s caused quite a
