Greenery abounds both indoors and out in this gorgeously appointed apartment, with charm and character emanating from every room. Set on the second floor of a classically Parisian building, you’ll be enamoured not just with the home but its environs: located in the greenest part of the 16th arrondissement, find yourself on the edge of the Jardin du Ranelagh or head west and get lost in the expansive Bois de Boulogne.
LIVING ROOM
If you wanted a glowing example of the poise and style that this apartment has to offer, you’d start in the living room. Beautiful chevron parquet floors provide an instant sense of sophistication, but it doesn’t stop there: a striking rug, an array of cosy armchairs and sofas, and several vibrant houseplants all bask in the plentiful light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. On the opposite side, a small desk sits opposite a wall of dark blue, contrasted against a bright red cabinet.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
In the adjoining room, a commanding dining table awaits: a monolith of solid timber, it’s surrounded by six multicoloured velvet chairs and sits under a stacked bookshelf. Next door, the kitchen is the next to impress: awash in blues and whites, there’s enough space in here for a team of chefs. Sit around the breakfast bar or make use of the several amenities at your disposal.
BEDROOMS
Light, bright and inviting, the principal bedroom is at once spacious and stylish. A luxuriant king-sized bed anchors the room, which is adorned in a powder blue throughout and features a large mirror, desk and two bookshelves. The second bedroom features bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top. The final two bedrooms each offer single beds, each with its own pastel colour palette.
BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom is adorned with tan tiling and offers a bath, shower, toilet and double wash basin. Meanwhile, traditional white tiling typifies the primary bathroom, where you’ll find a bath with an overhead shower and a wash basin. There is also a separated WC for convenience.
WE LOVE
The shades of green all around in the living room – from the vivid houseplants to the renowned trees of the Jardin du Ranelagh visible from the window.
