du Luxembourg a similar distance to the south, you’ll be spoilt for
choice when it comes to Parisian destinations here. LIVING ROOM
Boasting gorgeous wood flooring, vibrant red curtains and windows that
look out to the Église Saint-Sulpice church, this living room is an ode
to the finer things in life. A large, luscious leather sofa sits ready
to welcome you in after a busy day, and a vintage mirror brings a touch
of sophistication. KITCHEN Clean and contemporary, the kitchen is
replete in hues of charcoal and grey, illuminated by a large
floor-to-ceiling window. Complete with all the amenities you’d need,
you’ll have no trouble cooking to your heart’s desire in here. DINING
ROOM Brightened by the entire back wall of windows, the dedicated
dining room is the perfect spot for entertaining. Serve up a
degustation on the large glass dining table for six, or enjoy a bottle
of wine and a charcuterie board under the gorgeous dangling pendant
light on a sunny Paris evening. BEDROOM Walk into the bedroom and
you’ll be greeted by a very Parisian space: look out the full-height
windows and see the gorgeous Haussmannian buildings opposite. Inside, a
big vintage mirror sits opposite the double bed, its gilded frame
reflecting the light brilliantly from the ample sunlight streaming in.
BATHROOM Like everywhere else in the apartment, the bathroom is
swimming in light from its large windows. Spacious and lustrous, you’ll
find a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin in here. WE LOVE The
incredible location – walk outside and be greeted by pizzerias, bistros
and boutiques in every direction, or check out the marche on your
doorstep. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25
