Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
  • The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
  • A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
  • The driveway can fit 1 car, with an additional space for 3-4 cars in an alternative parking area (45-second walk). Upon arrival, a member of the Juniper team will meet you onsite to explain the parking configuration.
  • For guests who would like to bring a pet(s) we welcome up to 1 dogs here and there is a $150 flat fee. Please reach out to Juniper Holiday + Home after booking to add your pet(s) to the reservation and pay the fee. If you fail to notify us of pets that accompany you during your stay, you will be subject to a fine of $300.
  • Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
