Laola luxury townhome is a private residence at the Timbers Resort featuring over 4,000 square feet of living space and was designed for true indoor/outdoor Hawaiian living. This bi-level residence is set directly above the 15th fairway of the Ocean Course and enjoys breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. To the east and west are views of the historic Ninini Point Lighthouse and the dramatic Ha‘upu mountain range.
This 3-bedroom townhome features a master retreat on the upper level with a private lanai and indoor rain shower. On the ground level, an open layout includes the living room, a chef’s kitchen, and a guest suite opening to a spacious lanai that leads to a landscaped yard with a private pool. Unique to these homes is a detached carport. You’ll also be able to enjoy all the Timbers Kaua’i and Hokuala’s amenities just a short walk away.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
