As evening rolls around, sit yourself down in one of the classy Adirondack chairs with a favorite beverage in hand, and chat with your friends or count shining stars to your heart’s content! If you like, there are beach supplies and bikes for you to ride, too. Speaking of beach stuff, once you get back from the beach and want to rinse off, there’s a cool outdoor shower! Besides being just a stone’s throw from a majestic Lake Michigan beach, you’re also a 10-minute drive away from enjoying the many activities afforded by the region’s largest recreational harbor in New Buffalo, all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore, nearby Oselka Park (which has baseball fields, playground equipment, and tennis courts), or the many popular restaurants, galleries, and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo—all just a hop, skip, and a jump from Michiana Shores. In Michigan City, just 5 miles away, you and your guests will find a wide range of options for eating, drinking, vacation activities, and places to explore. One last treat to check out is within walking distance—Stop 50 Wood Fired Pizzeria, which cooks up some of the best pizza you’ll ever eat, as well as all sorts of other Italian goodies!
