On the right, you’ll find the common areas: a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a living room. On the left are the bedrooms. The kitchen boasts brand-new appliances and all the necessary utensils for a home chef to create gourmet snacks or prepare dinners for family and friends. The dining area comfortably seats 6 adults, with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. The living room features a 65" Roku Smart TV with access to major streaming services and premium cable channels for your entertainment. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in; and training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines.
