The villa, built in modern-cycladic style, provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a living room and a dining area.
The main terrace - just a 2-minute walk from the beach - invites you to sunbathe by the pool. The cozy lounge area is the perfect place to relax or end the day with a glass of wine.

The beach, just a stone's throw away, presents an endless playground for sun-soaked adventures, whether it's building sandcastles, basking in the sun, or taking a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. A short walk from the villa will lead you to a assortment of dining options. The neighborhood consists of newly built small houses in cycladic style. On the other side of the villa, a breathtaking expanse of dunes comes into view.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
