-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
PLEASE NOTE:
We require a standard deposit of $500 USD for each booking to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs, we will release the deposit within 3 working days after your check-out, and it should be credited back to your account within 15 days of dispatch. If damages are found, we will deduct the repair costs from the deposit and address the issue as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.

In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID’s in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in. Guests who do not accept to share their passport information will not receive check-in instructions.

Our home is located in a gorgeous condo in prime location on the 42nd floor. A lovely brand new unit with ample space to enjoy! There is a supermarket downstairs, a restaurant and a dry cleaners. Comes with one free parking space. There is a garden, outdoor pool, outdoor tennis and basketball court available in the summers.
