Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • This is a private residence, and you are the person or guest of the owner. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time at 10:00 AM (late or PM check out available for additional cost). The following rules are necessary to ensure your stay is a safe and pleasant one and that the pristine and luxurious nature of the home is preserved. Thank you!
  • 1. This is a personal residence. It is rented occasionally as a vacation residence for use only as a haven for rest and relaxation and vacation and/or tourism purposes. It is not available or rented for business purposes, meetings, events, parties, or any other use not permitted by local, state, or federal law and/or zoning statutes. Please respect the property and enjoy your stay!
  • 2. Do not move any furniture. Mattresses, beds, couches, chairs, tables, etc. will not be moved or rearranged without home owner consent.
  • 3. Food must be confined to kitchen and outdoor kitchen, barbecue area and dining room. No food in any other rooms.
  • 4. No trash shall be left out at any time. All trash must be placed inside of the cans. All recycle products must be closed tightly in a bag and stored in the trashcan area as well. Trash and recycle should be emptied on a daily basis from kitchen and barbecue area. All trash must be thrown in the outside trash cans. Replace inside trashcans with new bags. Food and trash left out can promote insect infestation of flies, ants or roaches. All liquid spills and crumbs from food should be wiped up immediately. In a tropical environment, trash and food cannot be left out of contained areas.
  • 5. No smoking allowed inside the house or any patios or lanais at any time.
  • 6. The owner placed the BBQ grill in a position that would have a minimal effect on the odor of the indoor furniture. Please do not move or re-position the BBQ grill at all during your stay.
  • 7. Candles are for decoration only. No candle burning anywhere in the house, except outdoors.
  • 8. Be mindful to turn off air conditioners, fans and lights when exiting a room or when not necessary. Keep all doors and windows closed when air conditioning is in operation.
  • 9. House is limited to no more than 10 (Ten) sleep guests including children with the understanding that all the guests must be registered with the owner prior to spending the night. No additional charge unless the maximum amount of people is exceeded. Owner has agreed to let additional guests to be added for a fee of $250/night per guest, due upon final payment, or deducted from security deposit upon departure. Any additional overnight guests shall be registered in advance with owner or owner’s agent. No sleep guests can be added after contract is signed unless authorized by owner or owner’s agent.
  • 10.No Parties or Events are allowed unless they are approved by Home Owner in advance in writing. Additional Event Fee and Deposit may be required.
  • 11. Please preserve the landscaping. Do not pick or touch any of the agriculture on the property.
  • 12.When using nail polish or any chemical substances please make sure surface is protecte where products will be used and definitely not over any upholstered or carpeted areas.
  • 13.Be mindful of sunscreen, lotions, creams and oils on all furniture fabrics and rugs. Please place a towel down on any surfaces before using. Oil stains cannot be removed from fabrics and will have to be replaced if towels are not used.
  • 14.Do not drag anything on the floors. Be mindful of your suitcases and lounge chairs. These surfaces can be scratched and will require repair.
  • 15.Lock external doors at night. All perimeter doors and gates should be locked when leaving property. It is suggested that each separate gate be locked when leaving the property.
  • 16.Women, please be mindful to hygienically discard feminine products. Do not flush tampons or other feminine products in the toilets.
  • 17.Please do not remove any personal belongings from the home including books.
  • 18.Do not use bleach or cleaning chemicals in carpeted areas. Only in laundry room.
  • 19.All vehicles are to be parked inside the property. No outside parking is allowed. Maximum of 3 (Three) cars allowed on the property at any given time.
  • 20.Cleaning is available at an additional charge and can be scheduled in advance with owner’s agent. Guest must use owner’s preferred cleaner for any cleaning services.
  • 21.No illegal activity shall be conducted on the property at any time.
  • 22.Owner and Elite strongly recommend that the property pool fence be installed and put up for any Guests with children that are 5 years or younger or for children/adults that are non-swimmers. The pool is an amenity to be used at Guest's own risk and neither Elite nor Owner will be held liable for any pool risks or occurrences at the property. There is no fee to set up the pool fence at the property and Guests may request this be done in advance of arrival or may set-up themselves at anytime.
  • 23.In accordance with City and County of Honolulu zoning regulations, the property is being set aside for your exclusive use for a period of 30 days commencing on the start of your requested date. The total rental and tax charges are calculated on a per diem rate based upon providing the included services for your stated dates of actual occupancy of the property with arrival and departure on your requested dates. In accordance with the City zoning, the property cannot be rented to, or occupied by, other tenants during any portion of the 30 day term covered by this Agreement. However, if Guest(s) should choose to occupy the property for additional nights within the 30 day rental term, upon written consent by the owner, full payment of any additional per diem rent, plus tax must be paid for any extra nights of occupancy must be made prior to such occupancy. Early arrivals and/or stay-overs without prior written approval and advance payment shall be liable for rent at double the standard amount. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Owner reserves the right to alter the beginning and/or ending dates for the 30 day rental term as stated above, however any such revised dates shall continue to include the dates of Guest occupancy as specified herein.
