Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • QUIET TIMES are 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please show Aloha and keep outside noise to a minimum.
  • • To use back gate: Push "C" or "Y" to clear the numbers after you enter, so that the gate will lock from the outside.
  • • No smoking/vaping or pets allowed on the property.
  • • REMOVE SHOES and RINSE OFF SAND before entering the home.
  • • Shake sand from items before placing it in the washer or dryer. You will be charged for damage caused by excess sand in the machine.
  • • DO NOT FLUSH tampons, pads, or wipes of any kind down the toilet. It will back up the plumbing. Toilet paper only.
  • • Conserve energy: Turn OFF AC units when not in the property, and turn off lighting when not in use.Turn OFF AC units when not in the room, turn off lighting when not in use.
  • • Do not take white bath towels outside. Use colorful beach towels provided for the beach. Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
  • • Use mud rags (in baskets by the door) for wiping dirty items such as shoes or feet.
  • • Fan remotes are labeled on the back and will only work with specific rooms. To brighten the light, hold down the lightbulb button and point toward the fan.
  • • If you accidentally break anything during your stay, please be sure to give us a call or leave a note so that we know to repair or replace it.
  • • We do use professional pest control, however, keeping the countertops tidy and keeping loose food items in the fridge will help keep most of them at bay.
