A superb range of converted barns in a peaceful edge of village location on the Essex/Suffolk borders offering highly specified accommodation, which is ideally suited to large family groups who wish to escape from it all and relax in characterful surroundings with wonderful open views over farmland. This complex is designed to allow visitors to enjoy lavishly finished suites and mingle with close friends or family in a stunning party barn which caters for all their entertaining requirements.
There are eight individual suites arranged over two floors within the principal accommodation barn which can accommodate sixteen guests at full capacity. Each suite has its own shower and toilet along with coffee-making facilities, and there is a generous ground floor suite which is specially designed to accommodate disabled access. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
