Please note, to reach this property, a 4x4 (four-wheel-drive) or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep gravel driveway. Additionally, large work trucks are strictly prohibited on the driveway. Please adhere to this policy to ensure the condition of the road is preserved for all guests.

This studio-style space features a queen-over-queen bunk bed with its own bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stunning wrap-around balcony. - Possibility for bear activity in the area. Bear-proof trash bins are available at the home.
- The grill on-site is both propane and charcoal. Property Manager will replenish the propane supply as needed, but charcoal is not provided.
- Please note, the Beehive on the property is empty and the electric fence is deactivated for guest safety.
- The Polaris 4x4 side-by-side ATV is off-limits and not for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
