Please note, to reach this property, a 4x4 (four-wheel-drive) or AWD vehicle is required due to the steep gravel driveway. Additionally, large work trucks are strictly prohibited on the driveway. Please adhere to this policy to ensure the condition of the road is preserved for all guests. Step inside to discover a cozy, inviting living space where plush seating, warm wood finishes, and a charming wood-burning fireplace set the scene for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, invites you to whip up home-cooked meals. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed. Bedroom 2 features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a shared ensuite bathroom with Bedroom 3, which offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Located in a separate guest house, you’ll find Bedroom 4. This studio-style space features a queen-over-queen bunk bed with its own bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and stunning wrap-around balcony. The large windows here provide unmatched views of the surrounding forest and mountains, offering a tranquil experience just steps away from the main house. While the setting feels wonderfully secluded, you’re still close to some of the area’s most memorable experiences. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - There is an extra twin mattress and bedding in the guest house closet. - A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required to access the home due to the steep, gravel driveway. - Possibility for bear activity in the area. Bear-proof trash bins are available at the home. - The grill on-site is both propane and charcoal. Property Manager will replenish the propane supply as needed, but charcoal is not provided. - Please note, the Beehive on the property is empty and the electric fence is deactivated for guest safety. - The Polaris 4x4 side-by-side ATV is off-limits and not for guest use. Parking Details: - 4 parking spaces available. - A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required to access the home due to the steep, gravel driveway. A high chair and pack n’ play travel crib can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / Queen bed Bedroom 2 / Queen bed Bedroom 3 / Twin-over-Queen bunk bed Bedroom 4 / Queen-over-Queen bunk bed --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
