The Home
This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom single family log home has 4,100 square feet of living space and is nestled on the side of the mountain in East Vail. The sprawling great room opens to a deck on the front side of the home and a large mountainside patio complete with a hot tub and firepit on the backside of this charming retreat. A floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace and an abundance of windows complete the mountain retreat living area. The spacious kitchen bar has seven stools and the dining table seats eight. There are two main suites on this main level, both with king beds and one with a gas fireplace. The lower level has a large den, laundry room, and two more bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. A pair of bunk beds are in the third bedroom and two queens in the fourth bedroom. The garage has space for two cars and the town of Vail shuttle stop is a very brief walk. This log home has it all and is truly a Vail Mountain retreat....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
