The coastal getaway of your dreams awaits at this beautiful model home with plenty of space to host up to 16 lucky guests! This pond-front escape boasts a large, open floor plan with marvelous hardwood floors and crown moldings, creating a homey feeling you won’t find anywhere else.
This spacious, two-story, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home - one of the larger floor plans in the community - offers approximately 3,000 square feet of resort vacation space to accommodate the whole family. The first floor features a great room (with a new 65-inch TV), a well-equipped kitchen, a pool table room, a half-bath, a laundry room, and a living room that includes a queen sofabed. The first floor also includes the main suite, a private bathroom with a separate shower and dual vanities, pond views, and access to the rear screened-in porch and sun deck. The second floor offers the remaining three bedrooms, including a second main suite with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom; both include a queen bed as well as a bunk bed (single-over-double trundle in the fourth bedroom).
Step outside to enjoy the home’s covered front porch, screened rear porch, and sun deck (with a gas grill) overlooking the lake. You’ll also have a Keurig, a gas fireplace (disconnected from Memorial Day through Labor Day), a gas grill, a Ping-Pong table, a keyless entry lock, and WiFi. Plus, enjoy assorted games, puzzles, beach chairs, and coolers (courtesy items not guaranteed).
