Being only one mile away from Eagle Lodge, winter travelers will have ready access to the powdery slopes of Mammoth Mountain for plenty of snow play activities. Summer guests will get to enjoy the spacious grounds, local bike paths, and close proximity to the town (half a mile to Vons, coffee shops, restaurants, and more).
The property’s interior has been updated with fresh paint and brand new flooring and furniture, and exudes a clean modern mountain feel. Totaling 1,850 square feet, this home encompasses two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a lovely sunlit loft for your family to enjoy some R&R. The galley-style kitchen is fully furnished with everything a modern cook would need to sizzle up some hearty meals. Why not do some grilling on the patio while enjoying the outdoor landscape or cozy up on the large sofa by the pellet stove in the colder months?
For the outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for an ideal play office to work remote, the house offers high-speed WiFi and a home office in the loft complete with laptop docking and a 32-inch monitor. There is also a desk in the guest bedroom for a second work space. Flatscreen TVs are available in the living room and bedrooms, offering Amazon on-demand TV and films.
