Just out your back door, you will find a private boardwalk that leads you steps down to our pristine, white-sanded beaches. With your stay between March 1 and October 31 you’ll receive complimentary beach chair service of one umbrella and two chairs. The Mirage is a one-of-a-kind rental, with a private heated pool, and two balconies overlooking the Gulf - you and your guests are certain to have a week to remember! The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living area, a full kitchen, and a breakfast nook, along with a convenient laundry room equipped with two sets of washers and dryers. You’ll enjoy easy access to the Gulf-front private pool and gas grill via the patio. Two inviting bedrooms on this floor include a queen bed with a private bathroom, and a king bed with a private bathroom. On the second floor, discover a second kitchen and living area, a spacious dining room with seating for eight, and additional bar seating for five. Step onto the Gulf-front balcony to dine and relax while soaking in the stunning views. Two more bedrooms await, including Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and private bathroom featuring a shower, and Bedroom 4 with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds and a desk area. A hallway bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo completes the floor. On the third and final floor, you’ll find Bedroom 5, featuring a king bed, TV, and private balcony offering panoramic Gulf views. This luxurious bedroom also boasts a private bathroom with dual sinks and a large shower, providing a serene retreat for relaxation. An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
