It’s a beautiful historic Sevillian House. It has been completely renewed and rehabilitated although respecting the essence and structure of the old Sevillian houses. In addition it has been tastefully furnished, taken care to the smallest detail, combining clasic restored furnishings with another more modern ones, in an atmosphere where the comfort and well-being are assured.
On the ground floor we access to the typical Sevillian patio: fresh, gardened and with a nice living area, ideal to relax, read or have something to frink. On the same floor there’s a complete bathroom and the stair that leads to the first floor.
On the first floor we find a beautiful living room furnished with quality furnishings, completely exterior, a dinning area with seat for until eight custoemrs and a modern and wide kitchen, equipped with all necessary; and also a small guest W.C.
In the second floor there are the three bedrooms, tow of them exteriors and the other facing the beauitful internal patio. Also, in this same floor there are the other two complete bathrooms (one of them in the main suite).
Through the staircase of the main bedroom placed on the second floor, you can access to the third floor, where there’s a small living room with tv, double sofa be and access to the private terrace, which is a beauitful one decorated with plants and garden furniture, ideal to enjoy meals with family or friends and that along the usually fantastic weather of Seville will make your stay unforgettable.
San Esteban street is quiet, only transited by some cars and many tourists during the day, as it’s in the old historic area of Seville. Even though, it doesn’t have nightlife at all, so you can rest with all comfort at any time of the day.
The house, being downtown, is very close to the Cathedral, Alcázar, Giralda,...places a walking distance.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
