Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • -Please note that all available dates may not be showing on all agency sites. Please message the host with your required dates if they show as unavailable.
  • -The main guest must be at least 24 years of age to be able to book.
  • -Quiet hours after 11 pm.
  • -Strictly no stag or hen parties.
  • -Strictly NO smoking inside the property
  • Please note: There is a required £150 security deposit held on the guest's card the evening before check-in, a payment link will be sent to the guest to process this. This is a preauthorisation hold by the guest's bank, and will be cancelled after inspection at checkout.
