Family apartment with 2 double bedrooms on the first floor of a very modern building in Diagonal Mar, Barcelona. The area is close to the city centre and the beach, and the complex offers concierge service and 24-hour security.
The apartment measures 80 m² and has a 56 m² private terrace. The day area offers a spacious living room, which opens onto the terrace, and an equipped kitchen, while the night area has two double bedrooms, one en-suite. Both bedrooms have large windows with access to the terrace. Another bathroom completes the distribution.
The property has hot & cold air conditioning, and the rental price includes a parking space. It is rented furnished, with fitted wardrobes.
