Escape to the tranquil shores of Lake Anna at Waterfront Wonder, a stunning three-bedroom lakefront home nestled on over an acre of land with 95 feet of private shoreline in a serene cove. This modernized log cabin offers a private dock, a thrilling waterslide, kayaks, and water toys for endless water fun. Relax in the hot tub, challenge your family to a game of air hockey, bocce, darts, foosball, or more in the game room, gather around the firepit for s’mores under the stars, or play a round of cornhole or tetherball.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, an indoor fireplace, and comfortable living spaces with panoramic waterfront views. Each bedroom is a cozy retreat with premium linens, smart TVs, and central AC/heat. Though guests may use their own login credentials for their favorite streaming services, a Netflix account is also available for those who don’t have an account. The screened-in porch and multiple deck spaces are perfect spots for outdoor dining and socializing while taking in the breathtaking lake views. Younger guests will find just as much to love as the adults thanks to the provided books, toys, night lights, noise machines, pack-n-play, and dining equipment.
Conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Waterfront Wonder is just a short drive from local restaurants, Food Lion (grocery store), amenities, mini-golf, wineries, and more. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the primary suite deck overlooking the lake, and end it with a soothing soak in the hot tub. Additional perks include high-speed internet (one gigabyte of Xfinity fiber service and WiFi).

Things to Know

Boats: We have one (1) boat slip available (covered and pictured). The boat lift itself can accommodate a pontoon boat, otherwise, the lift can be kept submerged to park a ski/fishing boat during your stay. Please raise the boat lift out of the water before check-out. We ask that you not park boats or jet skis on the sides of the dock. If you have more than one watercraft you wish to bring, you can park it under our driveway carport. Please be mindful that our immediate cove is a wake-free zone (follow the signage). We have two kayaks onsite available to use, as well as life jackets (in many sizes) available to borrow in the dock closet. There are several daily boat rental locations on Lake Anna (reach out to the Local Team for recommendations). If you have additional questions, please reach out to the Local Team prior to your arrival.
This home is located on the public ’cool’ side of the lake. This home does not offer access to a community launch for guests with boats. You will have to use a public launch. The water depth at the dock is roughly 4ft.
Firewood is not provided, guests will have to bring their own.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
