This pretty and unique house is located in Vila Olimpica neighborhood, close to the beach area. It has three floors: Main floor has a private terrace at the entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with TV and a working space with desk and chair. In this floor you will also find a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor you will find the 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The third floor leads you to the amazing and peaceful terrace. Please know the houses in the area are next to each other, therefore the terrace is only for relaxing purposes to avoid noise conflicts with neighbors.
The house is ideal for adults looking for a relaxing place, preferably families and couples, or digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work at.

**TOURIST TAX & PASSPORT REGISTRATION**
Hosts with legal tourist establishments (HUB) are responsible for collecting tourist taxes from everyone over 16 years of age, for a maximum of 7 days of stay, as well as collecting passport data from all guests.
For apartments in Barcelona, starting October 1, 2024, the rate is €6.88 per person, per night (VAT included).
The national and international police require that each guest, before their visit to Barcelona, register the information on their identity documents or passports. This is mandatory, as established in Catalan legislation.
You will need to register your passports and pay the city taxes online at least 48 hours before arrival. You will receive an email after your confirmation takes place with a secure link where you will be able to complete this process.
**ARRIVALS AFTER 8PM**
1. Check-in time from 5 PM - 8 PM. Late check-in: 20€ after 8 PM, 30€ after 10 PM and 50€ after midnight.
