Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please read our House Rules Terms & Conditions carefully before your stay with us to ensure your
- trip is seamless! On arrival, when you collect your keys from the lockbox please scan the COVID QR CODE with your mobile scanner.
- **The guest booking name must reply to this message and respond back that they and their companions
- agree to our house rules and terms and conditions and send through a valid form of ID before given access to the property and provide a valid credit card for a bond where necessary. **
- 1. Zero smoking tolerance, if not abided by and there is a smell left there will be a fine of $300
- 2. Number of guests allocated when booking is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment
- and effective from 9 pm onwards, security monitors the number strictly to avoid noise disturbances to the other guests and tenants and any inappropriate behaviour.
- 3. If you lose your key/swipe and require assistance to access the apartment you will be charged a call-out fee of $120 (no call out service from 7 pm - 9 am during traffic light 'orange/red') and a $120 fee to replace the lost keys - keep an eye on them! If a lock change is deemed necessary, Stay Ltd reserves the right to charge the Head Guest accordingly.
- 4. The head guest agrees that they will inform Stay Ltd immediately if any stains, odours or damage
- occurs to the property, and you agree that you will be held financially responsible if an incident occurs.
- 5. If there was a gathering or the apartment is left in a poor and extremely messy state - the extra time taken to clean will be charged so please be mindful. We treat our guests with great care and respect, please keep that in mind during your stay.
- 6. The head guest who made the booking, is responsible for the safety of everyone who is within the
- apartment and will leave the apartment in a reasonable clean and tidy condition.
- 7. Theft of any items are strictly banned, and a chattels list is taken before and directly after your stay for reference.
- 8. The head guest agrees that the apartment will not be used for any unlawful purpose.
- 9. Un-arranged late checkouts will be charged $100 if this leads to the prevention of the cleaners
- to access the property. If you would like late checkout, get in touch with us so we can confirm first.
- 10. Bonds are already taken via Airbnb but will be taken onsite if you have booked through VRBO, B.com or a direct booking. Bonds are taken via a credit card which must match the name of the booking and Stay Ltd holds the right to charge your credit card if any of Stay Ltd house rules terms and conditions are breached. If an incident occurs that exceeds the bond taken, Stay Ltd holds the right to charge the credit card to remedy the damage. We urge you to be kind and respectful of our property during your stay, we love hosting and meeting all of you but for us to continue providing this service we have to ensure the property is loved also.
- 11. If damage is not financially recovered from the head guest who made the booking, the Stay Ltd debt recovery team will be in contact with you which will lead to additional unnecessary charges.
- PLEASE NOTE: all apartments have hot water cylinders which have a certain capacity, please be mindful when showering as there is a set limit and will take up to 1-3 hours to heat back up again. A bath will deplete the cylinder significantly.
- CHECK OUT: Please leave your keys on the kitchen bench upon leaving, unless you are parking with us then remove your car first then return the keys back to your allocated lockbox and send a photo to us once completed. If we are unable to locate your keys in the lockbox you will be charged.

- If you lose your keys, you will not gain access to the property until the morning and no refund will be permitted, so please keep them with you at all times.
