The Quays complex is right in the heart of the Viaduct, Auckland’s most desired central real estate with an array of bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk. The buzzing Wynyard Quarter development is within a 10 minute walk and the new Commercial Bay establishment offers high end retail and a wide range of classy food options. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your complex, work off last night’s meal in the gym or pop in for some laps in the public pool.
The ferry terminal is a five minute walk, we recommend visiting Waiheke Island, perhaps even a winery tour while you’re there! The Britomart transport hub for buses and trains is very close by and taxis are all available at the entrance to Princes Wharf. The Auckland Explorer Bus is the city’s original hop on hop off sightseeing tour and pick up is across the road from Princes Wharf. Explore Auckland’s top attractions in your own time and enjoy interesting commentary and friendly service along the way.

Zero smoking tolerance, if not abided by and there is a smell left there will be a fine of $300. Number of guests allocated when booking is the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment and effective from 9pm onwards, security monitors the number of guests entering strictly to avoid disturbances to the other guests and tenants. We want to ensure a pleasurable stay for you and your guests, get in touch if you would like to know more about this. If you lose your key/swipe and require assistance to access the apartment you will be charged a call out fee of $80 and a $120 fee to replace the lost keys - keep an eye on them! If any stains, odors or damage to the property occurs, you will be charged to remedy this issue. If there was a gathering or the apartment is left in a poor and extremely messy state - the extra time taken to clean will be charged so please be mindful. We treat our guests with the up most care and respect, please keep that in mind during your stay.
