Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Check-in time from 5 PM - 8 PM. Late check-in: 20€ after 8 PM, 30€ after 10 PM and 50€ after midnight.
- *All fees to be paid in cash upon arrival
- 2. Check- out is at 11 AM.
- 3. From 10 PM- 9 AM is the period of night rest, so please avoid making any excessive noise during this time and do not disturb neighbours or any other guests in the building.
- To ensure a positive experience for all our guests, we have installed Roomonitor (a decibel detection system). In case of anyone disrespecting this rule and causing constant noise, there will be an intervention from our Roomonitor team.
- Roomonitor is part of We respect, the initiative that promotes sustainable tourism taking care of the environment and coexistence with neighbours
- 4. Parties inside the apartment and common areas are strictly forbidden.
- 5. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
- 6. Pets are not allowed.
- 7. Access to the apartment is restricted to registered guests. Any additional guest must be notified through the platform.
- 8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
- 9. Not following whichever of these aspects will incur in a hold of the deposit and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
