The main floor / 2nd floor of this home offers a primary suite with a king-size bed and an additional guest bedroom sporting a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom for the main level is just adjacent to the guest bedroom. Downstairs / 1st level offers two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a crib. The second guest bedroom offers a queen-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. Additionally, the heated two car garage offers an electric vehicle charger plug-in. The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private patio to take in fresh air and enjoy an email or soak in the sun! The front door also offers a second balcony area with seating and amazing mountain, lake and valley views! A true Rocky Mountain Experience! Every detail of your stay has been considered, with each home stocked with essential starter supplies and high-quality linens to ensure a seamless arrival experience. Guests also enjoy full access to Summit Sky Ranch’s resort-style amenities, including the Aspen House, heated pool (open all year round), hot tubs, lake, and inviting community spaces throughout the neighborhood. Please note these amenities are shared and located within the community, not at the home itself. The Aspen House features an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, wellness room, community lounge, and outdoor fire pit. The Lake House offers additional hot tubs, fire pits, grills, and access to Lake Everist for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
