At Basecamp 970, you are perfectly positioned for spectacular outdoor adventures year-round. From here, you can experience the thrill of skiing world-class ski resorts, snowmobiling powder filed meadows, fly fishing gold medal trout streams, mountain biking a variety of spectacular terrain, or simply exploring endless miles of trails in the rugged mountains of the Gore Range Wilderness. The Space: Step into this amazing home and feel the fresh and welcoming energy in the air! The upper level has a large open-space entertaining area with a large stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, and well-appointed modern furnishings including crisp yellow lounge chairs, jazzy light fixtures, and contemporary artwork. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and the open floor plan encourages conversations throughout the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a lovely sunny deck off of this room to relax, sip your morning coffee, or grill your steaks. On this upper level is the primary king bedroom with views down the valley. This beautifully decorated room boasts warm whites, earthly blues, and muted yellows to create a fresh, cozy, and clean ambience. The luxury primary en suite bathroom features a luxurious tub and large shower for your choice of relaxation after the adventures of the day. A powder room and laundry room are also found on this floor. In floor radiant heating keeps all the floors in this home warm so no cold floors! Wander downstairs under the sparkling chandelier through the beautiful foyer and find three more bedrooms on the lower level. There is a cozy room with two twin beds with playfully colored comforters, a queen room with a floor to ceiling glass door and large windows with spectacular views, and another cozy queen bedroom with a large window with more superb views! A large bathroom with shower is shared by the lower level bedrooms.
There is a heated garage that holds 2 cars and another third car can fit in the small driveway. Please take note that the driveway is a shared driveway with another home and cannot be blocked.
Perfectly positioned in Silverthorne, the home offers effortless access to world-class ski resorts including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapaho Basin, and Vail, as well as year-round recreation including hiking, biking, and lake activities.

Guests also enjoy full access to Summit Sky Ranch’s resort-style amenities, including the Aspen House, heated pool (open all year round), hot tubs, lake, and inviting community spaces throughout the neighborhood. Please note these amenities are shared and located within the community, not at the home itself.
The Aspen House features an outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, wellness room, community lounge, and outdoor fire pit. The Lake House offers additional hot tubs, fire pits, grills, and access to Lake Everist for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
