Adventure Retreat is a mountain modern home located in the idyllic setting of Summit Sky Ranch in Silverthorne, Colorado. This 2150 sq ft home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. The main / 2nd floor of this home offers a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a additional guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is also just outside the guest bedroom. Downstairs there are the 2 additional guest bedrooms offering a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and two full-sized beds in the second bedroom. This luxury home is built into the hillside adjacent to national forest and overlooking the valley below. There are amazing mountain views from every window and private trails to explore all throughout the neighborhood, adventure is just a step away! The open-plan kitchen / living / dining area is great for relaxing by the fireplace while sharing conversation with friends and family. Venture out onto your private deck to take in fresh air - there is plenty of seating and a gas grill! The front door also offers a second balcony area with seating and amazing mountain and valley views! A true Rocky Mountain Experience! Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Relax and enjoy – we’ve got you covered! *Please note: This home does not offer a private hot tub or pool. Summit Sky Ranch offers 4 different shared hot tubs and 1 heated pool in the neighborhood for guest use. If you are requesting to bring more than 1 pet it must be approved by the property manager and the second pet fee paid. The pet fee is non-refundable.* Guests of Property Manager have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. Aspen House visitation hours are currently: Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 9am-2pm Sunday 2pm-7pm **Updated and extended hours implemented 01/01/2026 Lake House visitation hours are currently: 7 days a week 8am-9pm Visitation hours are subject to change All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities. **Current guidelines are subject to change per CDC, State and Local Government restrictions.
