Unique and spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom loft! This historic loft is located just 1.6 miles from Georgia Southern. While staying at the lofts you will be just above the highly rated steakhouse, Bull and Barrel, with amazing food and excellent service. This accommodation is also walking distance to many shops, cafés, and more restaurants! Downstairs: -Open concept Kitchen, Living, and Dining Area -There is a formal dining space as well as an informal barstool section by the counters -Half Bathroom Upstairs: -Bedroom with King Bed and TV -Bedroom with Queen Bed and TV -Washer and Dryer -Full Bathroom with shared access between bedroom and hallway You will have private access to the entire loft You can walk anywhere downtown but you will need a vehicle to get to other parts of Statesboro Pets are welcome but there is a $50 fee per pet. ***Please note we require all guests to submit a valid form of ID through our check in form prior to check in.
