So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival. - Guests are responsible for providing their firewood. - Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty. - No RV or Trailer parking. - Because of the road conditions, AWD or 4WD is necessary to navigate to this property.
