Decked Out on Marbury is a beautifully updated two-story home on a deep-water canal in the heart of Longboat Key. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this resort-like home has plenty of fun amenities to ensure a memorable vacation for the entire family. The private house comfortably sleeps 10 and features a boat dock for those interested in bringing their personal watercraft.
As you enter the home you will immediately go into vacation mode. The large entryway leads you to a variety of places to explore. Tucked directly to your left is a cozy den with a comfy sleeper sofa, over-sized bean bag chair, decorative console with TV and arcade-style golf game. A perfect little hideaway for the kid in all of us. Immediately to the right is the two-car garage entrance and a staircase that leads to the second story bedrooms.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the house or on the property to maintain a comfortable and healthy space for all guests.
- Park in Designated Areas Only
- To avoid towing and ensure everyone's safety, please park your vehicles only in the designated parking areas.
- Keep it Peaceful
- No parties or excessive noise are allowed, especially during quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of our neighbors and enjoy your stay in a respectful manner.
- Protect the Property
- Do not tamper with door locks or pool equipment-if there is a pool. If you encounter any issues, contact us for assistance.
- Respect Occupancy Limits
- The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is the number listed on your reservation. This ensures everyone's comfort and safety.
- Report Damages and Spills
- If anything breaks or spills, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue promptly and maintain the property for future guests.
- Additional Reminders:
- Primary renter must be 25 years of age.
- Guests under 18 require adult supervision.
- No commercial photography or videography without written consent.
- No pets unless otherwise specified.
- Please enjoy the beautiful Turkish Towels provided during your stay. They are lightweight and great for the beach. If you would like to purchase new ones for your own home, please reach out to us directly.
