When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. The key collection is done via a lockbox. The lockbox is 9 minutes from the accommodation and the instructions are provided one day prior to your arrival. 9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you’re leaving the accommodation, in this case it’s not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 10.
