Large holiday cottage with modern decor located in the lovely Udsholt Beach. The house has a bathroom with soothing whirlpool for 2 people. Underwater massage does wonders for sore muscles and joints. After a long walk by the beach it feels great with a "sweat" in the sauna, which can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 fridge-freezers. Large, open terrace of 42 m² and covered terrace of 14 m². There are many fine beaches along the coasts of North Zealand. No letting to youth groups and institutions. The internet speed in the house is at least 100 Mbit download.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
