The incredible Villa Pearl of 7 suites is located on top of a hill, a privileged location on the Costa Brava. The property has four levels and is like a huge balcony where you can enjoy incredible sunsets. It has a modern decoration with very comfortable furniture. The villa has all the amenities that the guest desires and total privacy. Outside there is a large outdoor patio and a beautiful infinity pool, it also has a gym.
The entrance floor consists of a spectacular living-dining room, very spacious and bright, with access to a terrace where there is an infinity pool with barbecue area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
