Myall Vale Rest House by Property Manager is a charming retreat located in the town of Gravesend, just 47 minutes from Moree, known for its hot spring baths and cotton growing. The tiny home is located adjacent to the old cottage which was built in the 1930’s with timber sawn on the property.
What’s more, our holiday homes are the perfect base to explore the Gwydir Valley, with attractions like Warialda, Mount Kaputar, Lake Keepit, Copeton Dam, and Green Valley Farm nearby.

The nearby town of Moree is notable for its thermal springs, attracting visitors seeking relaxation and wellness. Our local recommendations: - Warialda means ‘place of wild honey’. The countryside here is blessed with natural assets, from vast national parks to rivers. You can also find the annual Warialda Honey Festival here. - Mount Kaputar is a fantastic wilderness escape in NSW. With camping, cycling, walking, horse riding and bird watching waiting for you on this scenic mountain range. - Lake Keepit offers 34 km of stunning waterways to explore. Great fishing is assured from the shoreline or on the Lake, out and about in your boat. - Copeton Dam is a favoured inland destination near Inverell, providing year-round activities for water sports, fishing, nature exploration, hiking, camping, and picnicking enthusiasts. - Green Valley Farm is a family run farm that is operated on a sheep station just outside of Tingha, Northern NSW. The main attraction being the Holiday Park built with water slides and playgrounds.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
