The Home
The interior design of our luxury villa is modern, ideal for relaxation in one of the most beautiful places in Crete. Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan area, which contains a fully equipped kitchen a dining area, and a living area with a big flat-screen TV and an energy fireplace. On the same floor, there is also a WC a double bedroom and a bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The outdoor area of the villa consists of a swimming pool and lounge area with sofas making the ideal spot to relax gazing at the gorgeous sunset. The area completes with a dining table, BBQ sunbeds, and umbrellas. Secure parking area out of the villa.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
