Nearby attractions include the Myola jetty for a ferry to Huskisson, local tennis courts, and the Country Club and golf course where you might spot grazing kangaroos. Property Specific Notes This is a families-only property and only permits a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity. No groups of adults are permitted unless an intergenerational family group. Please specify this if booking more than 8 adults. For security and safety, this property has an active Cctv camera at the front patio. This will be on during your stay. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout a property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant. If you have any questions, please ask. There is a noise monitoring device installed at this property. It does NOT pick up or record conversations but will alert our property management system/security team if the decibel level gets to an unacceptable level (per the NSW Code of Conduct laws regarding noise in short term rental properties). It must not be switched off or removed during your stay. Pets are welcome at this property. There is a AUD 100 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets. The property is fully fenced. Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
