This suite is a professionally managed, freshly renovated, and modernly furnished 2-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo. Enjoy a shared common space with fire pits and ample seating.

This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.
There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Property Management we take your happiness and comfort seriously. The best way to get around Norfolk, VA, is by car, as it provides the most flexibility and convenience for exploring the area’s scenic waterfront, parks, and local attractions. Alternatively, biking is a great option for enjoying the coastal views and neighborhoods, while Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) buses offer public transportation for those preferring not to drive. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available for quick and convenient travel within the area.
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Management team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All of our homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Management representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Management buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

* Paper Towels/Tissues
3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) There is one complimentary parking space available per unit.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Property Management reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is an outdoor grill and a fire pit available in the communal area.
8) There is a washer and dryer in the communal space.
