The kitchen provides open wooden shelving for storage, white stone countertops for food preparation, and an island that seats two. In addition, the dining area has a small round table with two teal chairs and a built-in dining bench.
Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a balcony with a small table, chairs, and a hammock that overlooks the charming cobblestone streets and beach club of Las Catalinas. The ensuite bathroom offers a double-sink vanity with stylish gold mirrors and fixtures, high-end marble countertops, wood cabinets, and a walk-in shower. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Housecleaning is available upon request.

The Beach Club also offers a sauna and an ice plunge pool for an extra fee.

You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that Las Catalinas is a growing project, and this means construction may be occurring during your stay. Every effort is made to minimize noise, but it’s not uncommon to see and hear ongoing construction nearby. It’s a small distraction in a beautiful and peaceful place.
