Beautiful realization for this 106 sqm apartment, entirely renovated, on the 1st floor without lift, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a few steps from the Place des Vosges.
It is composed of :
A huge living room with 2 large sofas and 2 seats, a small table, a bookcase,, very bright thanks to the 2 large French windows.
A dining room with table for 6 or 8 people, on the courtyard.
A kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer, hotplates, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and cooking utensils needed.
A first bedroom with a queen size bed of 160 x 200cm and dressing.
Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer.
A second living room with TV and sofa that turns into a bed for 2 people.
Second bedroom with a queen size bed of 160 x 200cm and dressing.
Second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Separate toilet
The apartment has air conditining.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). The apartment has an iron and ironing board.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.
