This multi-level, self-contained townhouse is centrally positioned in a wonderful location, just 150 metres from the beach! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is an ideal home for relaxed family getaways that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The third bedroom is a study than can convert to a bedroom with sofa bed.
The spacious, open-plan design is complemented by rich wood decor that evokes a Balinese style, reminiscent of a tropical retreat. Bright pops of colour and artwork throughout the home add to the charm and uniqueness of this rare find.
Should you need to work in style, there is a study downstairs as well as a large kitchen/living area. Leave the doors open for fresh coastal air and a view of the ground-floor deck.
This deck is abundant in bamboo and potted greenery for privacy and ambience. A hammock is ready and waiting for you to relax in on warm days and balmy spring evenings. The gas BBQ and nearby bistro table with seating is perfect for alfresco dining possibilities.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans for climate control and comfort! There is a wet room style ensuite off from the master bedroom with shower and toilet.
