What We Love
This stunning apartment is a show-stopping example of modern luxury and the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable escape. Its impressive scale reflects old fashioned design principles, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. This traditional sensibility is only enhanced by sympathetic contemporary renovations, combining the best of old and new.
A masterpiece of modern architecture, this apartment showcases the best of a redeveloped building. A superb mezzanine divides the space, where great care has been taken to preserve the original 1925 elements, including soaring detailed ceilings, original architraves and painstakingly restored exposed brickwork, combining to create a truly unique, one-of-a-kind home. Befitting of its carefully considered aspect, this home has been meticulously furnished with the help of a professional interior designer. Framed by a double-level arched window, the designer living space offers a deluxe open-plan layout. A marbled dining table takes centre stage, dividing the sleek black kitchen from the cosy white sofa, surrounding a wall-mounted TV, offering a soft space to relax and unwind. This characterful apartment also boasts a private balcony, expanding your living space alfresco.
Ascending the striking spiral staircase will take you to the mezzanine level, home to the master bedroom. A truly unforgettable room, traditional corniced ceilings beam down on a sumptuous ebony bed frame, previously owned by actor Errol Flynn, adding a touch of stardust to your escape. The master boasts the added benefit of access to an ensuite bathroom, and a study - ideal for longer stays. Two further bedrooms can be found on the ground floor; the choice between a fantastic hardwood, Queen-sized four poster or a French Sleigh double is best left settled by your esteemed guests!
