Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • The minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age. Trailers, boats, RVs and motorcycles are not allowed in the Resort. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments, occupancy allowances, and bike and beach gear storage rules to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Fireworks are prohibited. Do not feed alligators. This home may allow a dog for a fee. If bringing a pet, it must be approved by our company and/or the owner and you must adhere to leash laws.
