The Home
Renovated cottage with a fantastic location on a large plot in the middle of the scenic Kongsmark on Rømø. The cottage has been modernized in 2021 and appears bright and inviting. There is a wood burning stove in the living room, which is in open connection with the large kitchen / living room, which is the house’s natural gathering place and from here there is access to the terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. There are four nice bedrooms with closet space and a bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating and shower. The little ones have been thought of both inside and out in the form of play equipment and there is a high chair available. There is a TV with Chromecast and wireless internet. The child-friendly beach at Lakolk is within walking distance. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
