An impressive six bedroom villa with four bathrooms and private pool in Neochori, Mani, just 10 minutes from the picturesque harbor of Agios Nikolaos and 15 minutes from the traditional village of Kardamili. Built in harmony with the wild rugged landscape, this stone mansion is an excellent example of Mani’s imposing architecture. Indulge yourself in a drink and admire the breathtaking sea view or relax in a cozy sunbed by the sparkling pool. With multiple outdoor dinning settings and a fully equipped BBQ you can also prepare and enjoy the most delicious meals with your friends.  On the ground floor you will find an independent guesthouse with a double bed, en suite bathroom and independent entrance. On the ground floor of the main house there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, two of which have 2 single beds and the other 2 have double. As you go up to the first floor there is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area with direct access to the pool area and an outdoor dining area for 12 people. On the same level you will find the sixth bedroom also independent with its own entrance and en suite bathroom. Villa Teyssa is available for 10 people with access to 5 bedrooms and for 12 people with access to 6 bedrooms. For larger groups and groups Villa Teyssa can be booked in combination with other villas wich are part of the Complex.
