Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- We do have security every day for 24 hours, except on Friday. They will stand by at the security post outside. But sometimes they will come inside our villa to turn on and off the lamps.
- We provide daily cleaning. Please inform our cleaner what time you prefer for that. For daily cleaning, it will take 2-3 hours because we need to clean all areas.
- There is staff room and storage behind of the garage. Sometimes our staff will go there if they need something. And the entrance is different for guests. Please inform us if you do not want staff to come in and out during your stay.
