Seabrook Island properties do require an amenity card before checking in to any property. Seabrook Island has private Club amenities. Guests need an amenity card to access these Club amenities. Rental guests need an amenity card in order to access club facilities. While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. We are a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked. The Amenity office is located at 1002 Landfall Way. Amenity Card Essentials: • 💳 A $15 refundable deposit per card. • 📆 Daily/weekly Amenity Fee : $40/day or $225/week. • 🔄 Additional guests with separate credit cards: $50 admin fee per card. Card Collection Options: 🏢 In-Office Pickup: Available during operating hours. 📦 Lockbox: Perfect for arrivals after 1 pm. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome to our oasis on Seabrook Island! Your stay includes an exclusive Seabrook Island Club Amenity card, requiring only an $15 deposit (usually $40/day or $300 weekly). Unlock access to the Beach Club, outdoor pools, beach area, restaurants, golf, tennis, equestrian center, Lake House with pools, fitness center, and an indoor pool. Some amenities have additional fees.

- • Essential Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues)
- • Hotel-Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap)

- • Four Bath Towels per Bed, Professionally Laundered Linens
- • Basic Cooking Essentials and Well-Equipped Kitchenware
- *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
- *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
- Pet-Friendly Retreat:
- Bring your canine companion! One dog allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Additional pets subject to approval with an extra pet fee of $200. Fee waived for certified service dogs with proper paperwork. Note the town's "Beach Rules for Pets" ordinance for a pet-friendly beach experience.
- Beach Rules for Pets:
- Restricted Area (Red): No pets allowed.
- Limited Restriction Area (Yellow): Pets must be on a leash.
- General Beach Area (Green): Leash rules vary by season.
- Evacuation Policy:
- In case of a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County, enjoy a 100% refund within 72 hours. No further liability with respect to the Reservation.
- House Rules:
- • No Smoking Allowed; minimum $250 fine for smoke damages
- • Smoking permitted outside, 10 feet from doors
- • Firearms strictly prohibited; any left behind will be turned over to local police
- Legal Short Term Rental:
- Compliance with all legal requirements. Observe quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) to avoid fines. Guests responsible for following Town of Seabrook Ordinance rules.
- Extended Stays:
- Stays of 10 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee at the host's discretion.
- Alteration Policy:
- Changes or cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be approved.
- Event Decorations:
- Use painter's tape for event decorations to avoid damages. Damages due to tape removal or decorations will incur a $500 repainting fee.
- No Party Zone:
- This is not a party house! Embrace tranquility during your stay.
