Magnificent holiday home with large balcony and beautiful views of the Hardangerfjord. Panoramic views far inland to the mountains by Fyksesundet and to the fantastic mountains towards Folgefonna. The holiday home, which was renovated on the 1st and 2nd floor in 2018, is practical and comfortably furnished. In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cold days while enjoying yourself in front of the TV which has international channels. Norwegian TV is NRK1, 2 and 3. Free wireless internet 20 Mbits speed for streaming. In one of the two bedrooms with a single bed, the bed is 120 cm wide. 35 m from the holiday home there is a yellow boathouse with living room that can be opened to the fjord, here is also a kitchenette (2 hotplates, water, refrigerator etc.), this is included in the rent. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
