Our fully renovated Superior Beach Houses with Extra Space offer an additional ground-level space equipped with a double sofa bed, comfortably accommodating one(1) adult. Several of these Beach Houses feature an additional bathroom, totaling three. Each unit is equipped with full laundry facilities and showcases stylish kitchens, bathrooms, and premium furnishings. These spacious beach houses are popular among families and friends, providing an extra bed downstairs for increased occupancy and an additional relaxation area. Like all our Beach Houses, they are fully air-conditioned, clean, and furnished with superior quality linen.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Queen bed, 2 Singles, and a Sofa Bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Renovation & Pool Information: There may be some building work carried out Monday to Friday during the hours of 8am to 5pm. There will be NO construction work on Weekends or QLD School Holidays. The work involves rebuilding of a Beach House and therefore there may be some noise associated with this type of activity. In addition to the Beach House work the Swimming Pool will be out of use from May 20th to July 31st 2024.
